04/08/23 - Parkour Platform Maintenance
What is happening?
We are deploying a platform update which will result in loss of Parkour Gateway Service (MCSPSCGW) functionality, as well as overall Shipment Tracker platform availability for the duration.

This update includes a hotfix for a bug which caused Addresses to be displayed incorrectly on the email notifications for some of our users.

Who is affected?
- Tower Employees and Customers using the Parkour service (Shipment Tracking).

When will this take place?
On Friday, August 4th, at 0900 BST (GMT+1):
- Parkour (towercoldchain.cloudleaf.io) will be degraded or unavailable
- Parkour Gateway Services (MCSPSCGW) will be unavailable

On Friday, August 4th, at 1100 BST:
- Service will resume as normal
