What is happening?
ParkourSC are deploying a platform update which will result in loss of Parkour Gateway Service (MCSPSCGW) functionality, as well as overall platform availability for the duration.

Who is affected?
- Tower Employees
- Tower Customers

Which operations are affected?
At 17:00 BST, Thursday 25th of March:
- No new orders will be added until the maintenance is complete. Any orders made live during this period will lose data visibility equivalent to the time between the order being made live and gateway services resuming.
- No orders will be completed/terminated until the maintenance is complete. Any orders completed will not be terminated on Parkour until maintenance is complete. Customers may see extra data past the real time of completion of their order.

At 05:00 BST, Friday 26th of March:
- No user or API access to ParkourSC

At 06:00 BST, Friday 26th of March:
- User and API access to Parkour will be restored

At 09:00 BST, Friday 26th of March:
- The Gateway service will be re-enabled and data will resume as usual.
